Mike offers personal one-on-one, relationship and addiction counselling as well as supervision and mentoring, specialising in the use of Living Wisdom methodology.

Beneath the surface of your current problems or behaviour are feelings, thoughts, self-talk, beliefs and assumptions. It is often hard to identify these things that lurk beneath the surface of your conscious mind, but those subconscious beliefs can offer little relief from pain when they remain hidden and influential in your feelings.

Mike will help you to dig deeper and discover ways that you can start to change the way you think and feel, and ultimately put you back in control of your mind.  Your mind can indeed become your friend, and negative behaviours can change, with the correct insights and support.

Mike offers face to face counselling in Tauranga and skype or phone counselling to anyone out of town.

• Business Referral $140 plus GST

• Private $140 inc GST

• Clinical Supervision $140 + GST

I can provide face-to-face counselling in Tauranga, Rotorua or online.

Travel to other locations in the Bay of Plenty/Waikato can be made by prior arrangement (This may incur additional travel costs).
